Do you offer installment programs? Yes we offer AfterPay, Sezzle and Shop Pay 

What is AfterPay and how does it work?  Afterpay is an interest-free, loan service provider that gives customers the option to pay for their order in 4 equal installments. With the first payment made at checkout, your order is processed and shipped out! The remaining payments are due every two weeks!

AfterPay may be used on orders valued at $30 to $1000 USD. Ex: If your order is valued at $50, with AfterPay, you will initially pay $12.50 at checkout to have your order processed and shipped the same day! . After 14 days, you are required to pay another $12.50, etc.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept Sezzle, AfterPay, Shop Pay, Paypal and most major credit cards.

What sizes do you carry? What size am I?  We carry sizes Small, Medium and Large and some X-Larges. We also carry  plus sizes. 

Our clothing runs true to size, as all items are designed in the U.S. We encourage customers to always check product descriptions and fit of the model for details regarding the material and fit of the item as it would fit on you. For size conversions, measurements and additional sizing details, please refer to our size chart.

How are my items shipped? All items are shipped via USPS. We offer Standard shipping (3-5 business days) and Express (1-2 business days). If you place an order on the weekend, we will ship your order the next business day which is Monday. We offer free shipping on all orders $35 or more (subtotal).

How do I track my package? Once your order is shipped, you will receive notification via email and a notification once delivered. Please make sure you check your email for tracking. 

I have not received my order. What should I do? Once you are provided a tracking number, the package is no longer in our possession. Please follow up with USPS with the provided tracking number for all order updates on USPS.com.

I received my order and it is the wrong size,  what should I do?  Please adhere to the return policy.

 What is the return policy? Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You can contact USPS with the tracking number and information to file a claim

Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approved  or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale Items (if applicable): Only regular prices may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items are excluded from any returns, refunds, or exchanges. Bodysuits or undergarments are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@alilbitofsassy.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We do not provide return shipping labels.
